Chief Operation Officer
Mr
Chen received his MBA from HongKong University of Science and Technology, his
MSc and BSc from Peking University, Beijing.
Rooney
Chen co-founded Xuhai in 2014 and has served as COO till now. He has more than
15 years experience in opto-electronic industry. Before Xuhai, he worked for a
number of companies in the optical-electronic industry, including Huawei,
Infinera, NeoPhotonics and Oplink, in R&D, FAE, marketing, procurement and
management.
Chief Tecnology Officer
Dr. Chen received his MSc from Sichuan Univeristy, his BSc from Fudan
Univesity, Shanghai.
Dr. Chen co-founded Xuhai in 2014 and has served as CTO
till now. Dr. Chen is a well-known micro-optics technologiest in the optoelectronics
industry. He has more than 20years experience in mirco-optics R&D and
management. Before Xuhai, Dr. Chen worked in Huawei Technologies as Chief
Optics Engineer for four years. He worked in Neophotonic, JDSU(Lumentum) as VP
of engineering and Chief Engineer in China from 2000 to 2010.
